今天我在想,為了避免客人常常問我問題而我又唔識答,不如我嘗試企遠一點 (最好是中間還要隔著一位同事的),那麼我便可以避免不必要的尷尬了!(普遍打工仔的生存之道 - 多做多錯,唔做就唔錯,哈哈~) 於是,我全日就堅守這個原則,和客人保持一定的距離。不過由於今日連我在內就只有3個夜班,所以好多時都是避無可避,客人還是會親自走過來問你的。
遇到的問題林林總總,包括:
﹣有沒有(產品名稱)賣?
﹣這張coupon能用嗎?
﹣這件衫有什麼size? 能否試著?
﹣這件產品怎麼用的?
﹣Snoopy Town還有其他分店嗎?
其真都不是很難的問題,對我來說最大的挑戰,除了是熟悉店內的貨品外 (假以時日應該沒問題的),畢竟還是日文。有時客人問我時,我還是感到有點手足無措的。
今天最大的滿足感,是一位後生女客人看中了隻Snoopy大公仔,問我有沒有新的。我問她要那一款 (因為架上有很多不同款的),她最初好像不太明白我的意思,後來總算搞清楚了,我更成功找到一隻新的給她 (好在我記得存貨在那裡!) 她很滿意地付錢了,盛惠3000円〜 連同事都說 Good Job 呢 :)
晚上收工前,我見同事在填一份問卷,我好奇問這是什麼來的?同事說,原來她們每天都會記下一些和客人談話後印象比較深刻的內容,例如客人的意見或詢問等,然後交給店長。雖說不是硬性規定,但大家慣性都會寫一兩句的。然後她便問我和客人傾談後,有沒有什麼特別的事?我笑笑說,今天沒什麼呵,不過我之後會多加留意的。心想:原來要寫感想的!即是說我那招 "和客人保持距離" 是不適用的!
不過,想深一層,其實了解客人需要,亦是我工作很重要的一環,況且也可同時多練習日文呢。所以,還是放膽豁出去吧~!

I admire you so much that you can work in Snoopy Town since it was one of my childhood's dream (I am now 30+ so I don't think I can apply for a Working holiday visa). The colleagues are nice and I meet many different customers each day. Snoopy is still famous in Japan and there are many Snoopy fans who come regularly to the shop. I didn't like Snoopy before I work here but now I become a fans of Snoopy too!
